All You Want to Know About "Creative Capitalism"

Unbeknownst to me, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has just set up a discussion blog about "creative capitalism" (also see a previous post). As I've said before, I am not so keen on the terminology. Still, I'd say that the participant list there is even more impressive than the by invitation only membership to Martin Wolf's blog.
